Gregor coached a team of ~40 runners as a State Coach and National Junior Team Coach. His athletes won 12 medals at the Polish National Championships (indoor, cross country and outdoor), and represented Poland in International Junior Competitions. The best athlete Tomasz Sikorski represented Poland at World Junior Championships in 3000m steeple at Sydney in 1996.

Gregor is currently a Level 5 ATFC and a proud coach at Athletics Essendon Club. Athletes in his Team represent Australia in World Cross Country Championships (Liam Adams) , World Junior Championships (Johnny Rayner, Joel Hogarth), World University Cross Country (Liam Adams), World University Games (Liam Adams), Oceania Championships (Becky Pille, Ellen Schaef, Caroline Higham, Aidan Roberts, Abigail Thomas) World School Cross Country Championships (Liam Adams), Youth Commonwealth Championships (Linden Hall)and the Australian Youth Festival (Linden Hall, Johnny Rayner). His team has won over 70 medals at National Championships in Open, U23, U20, U18, U16, U14 age category.
